Trades Generalist

Perform diagnostics and repairs on various infrastructure in the Northville working circle to assure compliance with DOH, SPDES and other code compliance authorities. Repairs and maintenance encompassing trades including plumbing, electrical, and machine operation. Will be required to read and interpret schematics and blueprints and perform a journeyman's level work in carpentry, as well as other trades. Will also operate tandem and/or triaxle dump trucks to transport materials for maintenance and construction projects at regional facilities, as well as towing/loading of trailers with heavy equipment to support maintenance and construction projects.
Job Function

Salary Range:
From $46146 to $56324 Annually
Minimum Qualification
Four years of full-time experience in a trade under a skilled tradesperson which would provide training equivalent to that given in a training, apprenticeship, or equivalent program; or an equivalent combination of experience and training gained by completion of technical courses in skilled trades at a school, institute, or branch of the Armed Services.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
